We strive to provide the highest quality audio hardware and software; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, most physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that digital software licenses are generally non-refundable once activated or downloaded.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for eligible hardware.

  Prepare Shipment

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
